Doug Albers (co-founder): Doug Albers graduated from Parkland College in 1998, where he was on theater scholarship. He is also a graduate of The Second City Training Facility and the IO Training Center. Currently he can also be seen in the web series Ghost Raiders.

Greg Landgraf: Greg has been performing with 3LR since 2007. In addition, he wrote, produced, and performed in the award-winning Faceplant: A Musical Revue of the Demented, Twisted, and Wrong, was a writer-performer for the political sketch revue Democracy Burlesque, and has performed with improv troupes such as 52 Hiccup, Sciatica, Recapitulation, and DragonFly. As a day job, he is a writer and editor who can be hired to write or edit for you. He owns a ukulele and may eventually even learn to use it.
